01Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, creating an account, accessing, or using our apps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to commit that entity to these Terms.

02Subscription and Payment

Our apps offer subscriptions with auto-renewable options on a monthly, yearly, and weekly basis.

2.1 — Subscription Management & Billing

Subscriptions are managed and billed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you authorize charges to your Apple ID account on a recurring basis. Auto-renewal occurs unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

2.2 — Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Access to subscription features continues until the current billing period ends.

03Use of the Apps

3.1 — License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the apps for your personal, non-commercial use.

3.2 — Restrictions

You agree not to use the service in ways that:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Involve harmful, deceptive, or threatening conduct
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the app

04Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the apps (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Nordvane and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Nordvane.

05Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided by updating the effective date on this page and/or through other appropriate methods. Your continued use of the apps after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

06Disclaimer of Warranties

The apps are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

07Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nordvane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the apps.

08Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York.
